The matter was adjourned from time to time in order to enable the appellants to remove the defects.

On 13th September, 2022 when the matter was heard last, we adjourned this matter for a period of ten days in order to enable the learned advocate for the appellants to cure the defects. In default, the appeal and application would stand dismissed without any further reference to the court.

It appears that all the defects have not yet been cured. The appeal is lying defective since 12th August, 2014.

In view thereof, the appeal stands dismissed for non-removal of defects.

In view of dismissal of the appeal the connected application being CAN 2928 of 2015 is also dismissed.
