The petitioner has lodged a complaint with the Harirampur Police Station, Dakshin Dinajpur, which is registered as FIR No. 172 of 2022 dated March 30, 2022. Proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P.C. have been taken out.

The Harirampur Police Station, Dakshin Dinajpur has stated that there is civil proceeding instituted by the private respondent, Malati Ghosh, daughter of Ananda Ghosh against the petitioner

seeking cancellation of his purchased deed. The dispute is primarily civil in nature.

The Harirampur Police Station, Dakshin Dinajpur shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

This matter has been mentioned for urgent listing indicating extreme urgency. This Court sees no urgency whatsoever in the matter.

The instant writ petition shall stand dismissed with costs assessed at Rs. 5,100/- payable by the petitioner to the Harirampur Police Station, Dakshin Dinajpur.
