1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. There is no material to connect the petitioner with the crime.

2. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim shows petitioner had taken her outside the State and she was gang raped. In the light of the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to him at this stage.
