1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner complains of inaction on the part of Bally Police Station in respect of an FIR No. 53 of 2022 dated 29th March, 2022.

3. A report has been filed by the Inspector-in-charge, Bally Police Station dated 25th April, 2023 in the form of instructions addressed to the Government Pleader, High Court, Calcutta, which is taken on record.

4. It appears therefrom that Bally Police Station has investigated the subject FIR and charge-sheet being C.S. No. 76 of 2022 dated 30th April, 2022 under Sections 341/323/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been submitted.

5. This Court, therefore, finds no inaction on the part of Bally Police Station.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
