In re: CPAN 1267 of 2022 The present application being CPAN 1267 of 2022 has been preferred alleging violation of an order dated 26th August, 2022 passed by this Court in a habeas corpus petition being WPA 247 of 2020.

In course of hearing, Mr. Ray, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that after filing of the contempt application, the order of this Court dated 26th August, 2022 has been complied with and the custody of the child has been handed over to the petitioner. In view of such submissions, we are not inclined to

proceed with the contempt application any further and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.

In re: RVW 207 of 2022 with CAN 1 of 2022 Mr. Gupta, learned advocate appearing for the applicants submits, upon instruction, that the applicants do not want to proceed with the review petition and the connected application.

In view thereof, the review petition being RVW 207 of 2022 and the connected application being CAN 1 of 2022 are dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall be no order as to costs.
