The petitioner complains that despite several written applications made to the Authorities including the B.D.O and the Fire Brigade, the Authorities have not responded to the applications. Learned Counsel appearing for the State proposes that the petitioner may approach the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tamluk (respondent no. 3) for necessary permission along with all requisite documents. WPA 22378 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 3 to dispose of the application within 24 hours from the time the application is made to the concerned Authority.

The petitioner shall be at liberty of communicating this order to the concerned Authority on the basis of the order being dictated in open Court. ( Moushumi Bhattacharya, J.)
