The petitioner in the instant writ petition challenges certain provisions in the Notice Inviting Tender floated by the MSVP, Rampurhat Govt. Medical College & Hospital.

Learned advocate representing the Hospital relies upon a communication made by the MSVP dated 9th September, 2025 which mentions that the subject Notice Inviting E-Tender for providing cleaning and house keeping services had been cancelled due to administrative reasons on 16th June, 2025.

In view of the cancellation of the subject Notice Inviting E-Tender, the cause of action for which the writ petition was filed does not subsist any longer. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
