Exception to the report filed by the Inspector-in27.03.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.11 Rakib Charge, Taldangra police Station be kept with the record. The police report reflects that no specific complaint against anyone regarding allegations were made prior to filing of the writ petition.

Petitioner has referred to page 71 of the writ petition which reflects that only acknowledgement of the Office of Superintendent of Police, Bankura is available. The information which has been referred to is of 20.02.2023.

Petitioner will furnish documents in support of complaint afresh before the Officer-in-Charge, Taldangra police station, Bankura. The concerned Officer-in-Charge, Taldangra police station would assess whether any steps are required to be taken and inform as to the steps taken to the petitioner within a period of 10 days of filing of such information.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 21968 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
