Petitioners contend they have been falsely implicated. They pray for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. He submits the victim is a lawyer.

We have considered the materials on record. Injuries are not grievous.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid facts we are inclined to grant bail to the petitioners however, subject to strict conditions. 5.
Accordingly, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur on condition that the petitioners shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever and on further condition that the petitioners while on bail shall not enter the jurisdiction of Ispampur PS and shall provide the address where they shall Signed By :

presently reside to the investigating agency as well as the trial court and shall meet the officer in charge of the police station concerned within whose jurisdiction they shall presently reside once in a week until further orders..

In the event they fail to do so or resorts to dilatory tactics and delay the trial, trial court shall be at liberty to cancel their bail without reference to this court.

The application being CRM (DB) 3025 of 2024 is disposed of.
