Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioners have challenged the impugned show-cause-notice for cancellation of its registration and suspending the petitioners'

registration by the very same notice, on the ground that the impugned notice is vague neither it contained any reason nor any reason was annexed to the impugned show-cause-notice and as such it is in gross violation of principles of natural justice since the petitioners are not able to give any reply/objection in response to the impugned show-cause-notice which does not contain any reason.

Siddiqui, learned Additional Government Pleader was asked to take instructions from the respondents authority concerned as to whether any reason along with impugned show-cause-notice was furnished to the petitioners to which he submits that record does not show that any reason along with the

impugned show-cause-notice was furnished to the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the aforesaid impugned notice dated 4th September, 2023, is quashed. However, quashing of the impugned notice will not be a bar on the part of the respondents authority concerned to issue any fresh notice in accordance with law with supporting reasons in future.

With this observation and direction this writ petition being WPA 21971 of 2023 is disposed of. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
