No one appears on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called on for hearing.

On the last few occasions, i.e. on 06.09.2021, 07.09.2021 and 13.09.2021, when the matter was called on for hearing, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner or prayed for any adjournment.

It appears that the matter pertains to a proceeding under Section 144 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. However, there is a time period of 60 days for which such an order can sustain. For all practical purposes, the revisional application has become infructuous due to passage of time.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
