Mr. Mit Guha Roy ...for the petitioner The petitioner by way of this revisional application has prayed for expeditious disposal of the Tollygunge P.S. Case No.6 of 2019 corresponding to CGR Case No.3213 of 2019 which is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court at Alipore.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the wife has already been examined in this case leaving another three witnesses. Be that as it may, the case is of the year 2019. Accordingly, I directed the Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court at Alipore to fix for appearance of the witnesses at least once in every 45 days so that the trial of the case can be concluded.

In case any witness is absent on that day fixed before the learned trial court, the officer-in-charge of the Tollygunge police station would be communicated so that at least one witness may be ensured on the next date so fixed by the learned trial court. All efforts be taken so that the trial be concluded at the earliest.

With the observations, CRR No.3498 of 2023 stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, stand also disposed of. Parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
