Petitioner complains that there has been change of circumstances but the petitioner is being attempted to be thrown out from the property as she is having a family feud with her husband who allegedly is in a separate relationship. Petitioner has informed both Airport Police Station as well as Bhangar Police Station.

Be that as it may, in case the petitioner is in possession of any property within the jurisdiction of the aforesaid two police stations, without due process of law the petitioner and her son may not be evicted from the said property.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22048 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
