1. These are the applications for extension of the interim order dated September 06, 2022 passed by this Court on February 10, 2026. Mr. Bhattacharya, learned Senior Advocate, represents the petitioners in all the matters and Mr. Chatterjee, learned Senior Advocate, represents the opposite party no.2 in CRR 3298 of 2022 and CRR 3689 of 2022.
2. The State is also represented and the learned prosecution is also ready with the Case Diary.
3. Mr. Chatterjee, learned Senior Advocate, representing the opposite party no.2 in CRR 3298 of 2022 and CRR 3689 of 2022, raises objection. He, however, intends to use Affidavit-in-Opposition so far these two revisional applications are concerned and prays for three weeks' time to file the same.
4. Heard the submissions of the learned advocates for the respective parties.
5. Let Affidavit-in-Opposition be filed within three weeks from date. Reply thereto, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter. Let the matter be listed on May 05, 2026 under the heading "For Hearing".
6. In view of the above, the interim order as granted earlier be further extended till June 16, 2026 or until further orders,
whichever is earlier. The applications being CRAN 9 of 2026 filed in CRR 3298 of 2022 and CRR 3689 of 2022 are disposed of. All the other connected applications are also disposed of on consent of both the learned Advocates. Re : CRR 3688 of 2022
7. It is submitted by the learned Advocate that since the charge sheet has been submitted and he has been discharged as having no name in the charge sheet, this revisional application has been rendered infructuous.
8. No objection is raised on behalf of the opposite parties.
9. Hence, CRR of is dismissed being infructuous.
10. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
11. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
