Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

Perused the case diary.

On the prayer of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the application is dismissed as not pressed so far as the petitioner no.1 is concerned as he had been arrested and granted bail.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the alleged role ascribed to the petitioner nos.2 (Swapan Pal) and 3 (Naran Paul @ Narayan Paul), I do not think that they stand on the same footing as the accused who were granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner nos.2 (Swapan Pal) and 3 (Naran Paul @ Narayan Paul), is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
