Petitioner has approached this Court as she is unable to enter her matrimonial home and is suffering allegedly for domestic violence. To that effect, petitioner has filed Misc. Case No. 302/2025 which is pending before the learned CJM, Tamluk. I find from the prayers advanced in the application under section 12 of the PWDV Act, 2005 that the petitioner has advanced a prayer so that she along with her children can enter her matrimonial home.

Having regard to the inconveniences faced by the petitioner and the report so submitted by the police authorities, I direct the learned CJM, Tamluk to consider the interim prayers of the petitioner

including the prayer for residential right within a period of 30 days from the next date so fixed before the said Court.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 22234 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
