1. This intra court appeal is directed against the order dated 09.07.2024 in CPAN 152 of 2024.

2. The learned writ court after considering the factual aspects found that the police and the investigating agency conducted investigation and filed a charge-sheet against the absconding accused and it is quite obvious that necessary consequence steps would follow in due course.

3. Therefore, the court is of the view that no contempt application has been made out.

4. We find no valid reason to interfere with the said order.

5. Hence, the appeal is dismissed.
