The Court : The order dated 11th August, 2021 is mentioned for correction.
The 2nd sentence of the first paragraph on the first page of the said order shall stand corrected to read as follows: "It is, therefore, submitted that Wilful Default Proceedings under the Master Circular of the Reserve Bank of India, impugned herein, have been dropped by the respondent Bank and no further communications shall be made by the respondent Bank to the Reserve Bank of India and the other authorities that the petitioner company is a
wilful defaulter and their names shall also be requested to be withdrawn from the list of wilful defaulters of CIBIL and other such Credit Information Companies." Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 11th August, 2021.
The CIBIL is directed to remove the name of Allahabad Bank which is now Indian Bank and their outstanding dues from the petitioner from the list of wilful defaulters immediately. (RAJASEKHAR MANTHA, J.) A/s.
