And In Re : Ripon Sk. .... petitioner Mr. Asim Kumar Chakraborti ....for the petitioner Ms. Anasuya Sinha Mr. Pinak Kumar Mitra ...... for the State Heard the learned Counsels appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had an illicit association with the deceased. Gold chain of the deceased and offending weapon were recovered on the leading statement of the petitioner.

Under such circumstance and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
