Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioners be kept with the record.

Petitioners and the private respondents are at loggerhead over a strained relationship in respect of the property.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that the property has already been sold to a third party. The civil court is also in seisin of the issue.

In case there are dispute so far as the property is concerned, petitioners and/or the private respondents would approach the civil court for necessary remedies. So far as the police authorities are concerned, they have already drawn up

proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS, they would continue their surveillance and oversee that the situation is not blown out of proportion because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22086 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
