Therefore, if the petitioner is transferred from this school, the pupil-teacher ratio would be 38:1. It cannot be permitted for the interest of the students. If the petitioner feels that she is facing real difficulty in attending the school, she may leave the job.

A reasoned order has been passed in respect of the non-payment of salary to the petitioner. I understand that because of long absence of the petitioner the salary is not being paid to the petitioner. A school teacher cannot expect that despite her absence the salary will be paid.

Therefore, no relief can be granted for payment of salary to the petitioner.

With this observations the writ application is dismissed.
