Petitioner, if he has any grievance he would address the same before the jurisdictional Court in seisin of Jibantala PS Case No. 448/2025 dated 04.08.2025.

The learned ACJM will consider the age of the victim girl and whether there has been any issues relating to sexual assault or allied offences under the POCSO Act and thereafter take a decision whether to transmit the case to the learned Special Court or to retain the records of the case for future proceedings.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 22317 of 2025 is disposed of.
