In view thereof, CO 3205 of 2023 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated July 4, 2023 passed by the learned State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in Complaint Case No.CC/753/2018 before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. Liberty is granted to the learned Advocate for the petitioner to take back the certified copy of the impugned order upon furnishing a photocopy of the same.
