Banerjee) Ms. Sreeparna Ghosh ...for the petitioners Leave is granted to the learned advocate-onrecord appearing for the petitioners to correct the cause-title of the civil revision application. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned 1st Additional Civil Judge (Jr. Division) at Alipore to dispose of the Title Suit No. 21580 of 2014 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order, upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocate representing them before the learned trial judge.

From the order-sheets appended to this application this court finds that the application for temporary injunction is still pending.

In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners CO 3457 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), 1st Additional Court, Alipore to dispose of the application for temporary injunction filed in Title Suit No. 21580 of 2014 expeditiously.

After disposal of the application for temporary injunction and any other interlocutory application that may be pending, the learned trial judge shall make an endeavour to dispose of the title suit expeditiously keeping in mind that the suit is pending since 2014.
