When the matter is called on for hearing, an adjournment is sought on behalf of the review applicant on the ground that counsel is suffering from Covid-like symptoms.

Learned senior counsel appearing for the opposite parties does not oppose such prayer, however, it is pointed out that, citing the pendency of the review application, the petitioner has been seeking adjournments in the trial court.

Keeping in balance the conveniences of the parties, the matter is adjourned for a week and shall be taken up on January 13, 2022.

In the event counsel for the opposite parties are not in a position to argue on the returnable date, the

learned Advocate for the review applicant shall make alternative arrangements on the said date.
