Hawatan Jamadar Mr. Asis Bhattacharyya Mr. Lucky Patra ....for the petitioners By this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 1st Court at Uluberia, District-Howrah to dispose of the Succession Case No.20 of 2022 expeditiously.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the regular Presiding Officer is on leave and the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court at Uluberia is in charge.

After some argument the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for liberty to approach the learned District Judge, Howrah for transfer of the succession case to any other Court of competent jurisdiction.

In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 3460 of 2025 stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned District Judge, Howrah with a prayer for transfer of the succession case to any other Court of competent jurisdiction. If such an approach is made, the

learned District Judge, Howrah is requested to consider the same in accordance with law.

There will be no order as to costs.
