We direct opposite party no. 2 to supply original copy of the alleged forged agreement to police for investigation. It shall be open to opposite party no. 2 to obtain a notarized copy as secondary evidence in his possession.

It is clarified that the investigation would be restricted to the fact whether the document is forged or not. Right, title or interest in the property would be decided by the appropriate civil forum.

In light of the undertaking given by the petitioner, we are of the opinion the order granting bail to him need not be cancelled.

With these observations, application for cancellation of bail id disposed of.
