Ms. Chandreyi Alam, Counsel appearing on behalf of BSF submits that in terms of the order dated 8th February, 2018, the BSF Authorities considered the possibility of posting the petitioner as a Head Constable in a non-combat zone but given the qualifications and lack of special skills like, typing etc., the same could not be done. She further submits that the matter was further referred to the Higher Authority for permission to accommodate the petitioner which was also declined.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the order produced by Ms. Alam is taken on record.

In that view of the matter, this Court does not find any contempt and the same shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
