The affidavit-of-service filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner be kept with the record.

2. The petitioner has filed the present application being CAN 1 of 2025 praying for recalling of the order dated October 24, 2025 wherein this Court has dismissed the writ petition for default for none appearance of the petitioner when the matter was called.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to illness of the learned advocate for the petitioner, the learned advocate could not appear before this Court and thus this Court has dismissed the writ petition for default.

4. Considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner perused the materials on record, this Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for none appearance of the petitioner before this Court on October 24, 2025. Accordingly, the order dated October 24, 2025 is recalled.

5. WPA 22684 of 2024 is restored in its original file.

6. CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

7. Let the writ petition being WPA 22684 of 2024 be placed in the list on April 16, 2026 under the heading "Urgent Motion".
