PER, SUJOY PAUL, ACJ.:

1. None appears for the parties even in the second round. This intra-Court appeal assails the order of learned Single Judge dated 29.07.2025 passed in WPA 15779 of 2025.

2. A plain reading of order shows that petitioners and private respondents are at loggerheads on the question relating to performance of puja and rituals etc. in a temple. The learned Single Judge opined that said dispute can be examined in civil Court and appropriate remedy is before the jurisdictional civil Court.

3. In the opinion of this Court, considering the nature of dispute between private parties, learned Single Judge has taken a plausible view, which does not warrant any interference. Resultantly, admission is declined.

4. Intra- Court appeal is dismissed.
