Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

There are materials in the case diary suggesting that the petitioner arraigned to be impersonated in a examination with regard to a government service. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner in the incident. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that the need for custodial interrogation of the petitioner cannot be overlooked at this stage, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 4682 of 2022 is dismissed.
