APP Mr. Sayanti Santra ....for the State We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim lady. She has implicated the petitioner in the offences of rape.

In such circumstances, we are of the view that this is not the fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected (Ajay Kumar Gupta, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
