1. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present petitioner voluntary surrendered after issue of warrant of arrest against the petitioner. According to him, the petitioner is falsely implicated in this case.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor produced the Case Diary and invited my attention to the incriminating materials contained therein.

3. It is further submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that consideration of charge is fixed on 11th November, 2025.

4. It is further submitted that the present petitioner is a history-sheeter having similar allegation against him.

5. On perusal of Case Diary, I find that statement of the witnesses as well as other elements of Case Diary contains incriminating materials against the petitioner. Therefore, at this stage, I am not inclined to allow bail and the same stand rejected.

6. Issues can be raised at the time of consideration of charge. It is clarified that if moved, the Trial Court shall consider bail application on its own merits without being influenced by this order.

7. Accordingly, the instant application stand disposed of.

8. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

9. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible (Sugato Majumdar, J.)
