Mina ...for the State Ms. Paromita Banerjee, Mr. Rohan Raj, Mr. Tamoghna Chattopadhyay ...for the NHAI Mr. Biswajit Hazra, Mr. Archisman Sain ...for the respondent nos. 11 to 15 The learned Advocate appearing for the private respondents submits that the secretary of the club is not willing to file an undertaking by way of an affidavit, as directed by this Court by order dated October 01, 2024.

The Superintendent of Police, Paschim Medinipur and the Officer-in-Charge, Debra Police Station, are directed to ensure compliance of the order directing the club to dismantle the pandal within the time-limit specified in the order dated October 01, 2024.

The said authorities are also directed to ensure that neither the club nor any of its members create any obstruction to the petitioner in the matter of construction of the approach road from the property of the petitioner to the National Highway pursuant to the permission granted by the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI).

The Project Director, NHAI, being the tenth respondent, is directed to render assistance to the petitioner while the petitioner will construct the approach road pursuant to the permission granted by him.

With the above observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
