1. Perused the report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Memari Police Station signed on 3rd March, 2025. It appears therefrom that the investigation of the subject cases have ended and charge-sheets against the accused were filed being Memari PS Charge Sheet No. 893/23 dated 31st December, 2023 under Sections 447/504/506/323/34 IPC and Memari PS Charge Sheet No. 678/23 dated 30th September, 2023 under Sections 341/323/506/34 IPC. Trials of both the cases are currently pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Bardhaman.

2. The petitioner prays for production of the CCTV footages.

3. As the charge-sheets have already been filed, the Court is not inclined to pass any order in this matter, at this stage.

4. The instant writ petition is disposed of by granting leave to the petitioner to approach the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate for necessary relief.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Let copy of the report filed by the police be handed over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
