Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 13th August, 2025 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 7th Court, Bankshall, Calcutta in the proceedings under Domestic Violence Act.

Section 29 of the Domestic Violence Act specifically provides that an appeal lies to the Court of Sessions against the order of learned Magistrate. Since there is equal efficacious remedy available the present petition is not maintainable. Hence dismissed. 3.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all usual requisite formalities.
