This court is informed that after its order dated 15th July, 2022, the parties held a meeting with the respondent licensee. They have agreed to a changed route for drawing of electricity connection and supply of electricity to the house of Dilip Chowdhury, the respondent no. 5.

The plans submitted to court are taken on record. The present electricity connection supplying electricity to the respondent no. 5 from the electric pole and running across a private path (3 feet) between the houses of Sabyasachi Mondal and Gokul Mondal shall be disconnected. Electricity will be supplied using the drain between the houses of Sabyasachi Mondal and

Amiya Choudhury to effect connection to the respondent no. 5.

The respondent licensee is directed to carry out this order within four weeks of communication of this order.

The I.C. of the local police station will render all assistance to the petitioner and the respondent licensee to implement this order.

The writ application (WPA 23521 of 2017) is disposed of.
