Learned advocate for the State relies on the report, which is taken on record and submits that a charge-sheet has already been submitted by the investigating agency. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the investigation, he shall be at liberty to file necessary protest petition. No further order need be passed in this regard. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
