Petitioners complain regarding the interference at the behest of the private respondents, particularly in respect of the rearing of fishes and as also interference in respect of the orchards of the property.

Learned advocate for the Wakf Board recognizes the petitioners to be the joint Mutwallis.

On the other hand, learned advocate for all the private respondents (except respondent no.15) submits that several cases have been filed before the Tribunal. There are injunction orders existing. However, the order of appointment of Mutwallis is also under challenge. However, there is no order regarding any stay of the exercise of function of the petitioners by the Tribunal. Police authorities have kept a strict vigil. Police authorities would ensure that there is no breach of the

peace and/or tranquility and/or any interference until and unless there is a specific directions from the Tribunal.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 22311 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Since, no affidavits have been called for the accusations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
