1. Director, State Drug Laboratory is present in Court. He submits clarification on the earlier report. 2.

Clarification indicates sample containing buprenorphine hydrochloride is a narcotic substance under NDPS Act.

3. In view of the aforesaid clarification and the materials on record showing recovery of a large quantity of narcotic substance from the petitioner we are not inclined to grant bail to him.

4. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

5. Prosecution is directed to place the explanation before the trial court.

6. Presence of the Director, State Drug Laboratory is noted and dispensed with.
