Having considered the nature of the order passed by the learned Executive Magistrate in MP Case No. 3620 of 2025, I am inclined to stay the order dated 29.08.2025.

Police authorities earlier submitted before this Court by way of a report dated 13.08.2025 that no construction work is in progress. I direct the police authorities to ensure that the report which was earlier submitted before this Court be complied with in letter and spirit.

In case there is any violation of the said order, petitioner would be entitled to take out a contempt application against the government servants concerned.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 22387 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
