This matter is mentioned for correction of the order dated 30th September, 2024. It is submitted that the petitioner nos. 2 and 4 were arrested and not the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 as recorded in the said order. 2.

In view thereof, wherever the 'petitioner no.3' appears in the order dated 30th September, 2024, that should be replaced by 'petitioner no.2'.

3. In view of such aforesaid correction, the anticipatory bail is allowed in favour of the petitioner nos. 1 and 3.

4. Paragraph 4 of the said order shall be suitably corrected by making necessary changes with regard to the names and particulars of the petitioners who are now granted anticipatory bail.

Time to appear before the Special Court by the petitioner nos. 1 and 3 is extended till 8th October, 2024.

This correction shall be incorporated in the order dated 30th September, 2024. Server copy of the said order shall also be corrected accordingly. 7.

Other portions of the said order shall remain unaltered. (Soumen Sen, J.)
