Chamchul Mondal v. State Of West Bengal And ORS.
D/L 52 24.09.2025 ct.no.35 Kausik W.P.A. 22229 of 2025 Chamchul Mondal
Versus
The State of West Bengal & Ors.
Mr. Kaushik Chowdhury ...for the Petitioner.
Mr. Amitabrata Roy, Ld. GP Mr. Debopriya Chatterjee Mr. Tirthankar Dey ...for the State.
Affidavit of service filed be kept with the record.
Petitioner complains that the private respondents are adamant in carrying out their activity. To that effect, petitioner earlier furnished an information for which Kumarganj PS Case No. 220 of 2025 was registered for investigation.
State has submitted a report. Report reflects that on conclusion of investigation charge sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional Court.
Report of the State also reflects that at the behest of the private respondent another case has been registered wherein charge sheet has been submitted. From the report submitted by the State, it is transparent that the petitioner and the private
respondent are in an inimical relationship as case and counter-cases are existing between the parties. Having considered the same, I direct the police authorities to oversee that no further untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.
With the aforesaid observations WPA 22229 of 2025 is disposed of.
Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
