1. At the outset, the petitioner reiterated his submission made in the earlier occasion that the petitioner and the defacto complainant are leaving together peacefully.

2. The learned Counsel for the defacto complainant has submitted that the defacto complainant is presently residing with the petitioner and she does not oppose the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and that fact that the petitioner and defacto complainant have amicably settled their dispute, we are of the view that custodial interrogation of the present petitioner is not necessary. 4.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner namely, Kajem Sk., shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.1000/- with one registered sureties of like amount, to the satisfaction of Arresting Signed By :

Officer, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure corresponding to Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.
