Petitioners had filed this application under Section 397/401 read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. challenging orders dated 16.5.2015 and 20.5.2015 passed in Complaint Case No. C.R. 270 of 2015 under Section 420/406/120B of the IPC.

On a perusal of the record, it appears that the petitioners are not diligent in taking steps in this case and are not appears on consecutive dates.

Under such circumstances, the revisional application is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
