The petitioners now emphasise on the information which was submitted with the Officer-in-charge of Moyna Police Station by one Angura Bibi.

The said Angura Bibi is not before this Court.

So far as the other accusations are concerned, the police report submitted by the State reflects that on the basis of the information by one of the respondents, a criminal case was registered being Moyna PS Case No. 251 of 2025 where charge-sheet has already been submitted.

If the said Angura Bibi is affected by any act and/or inaction of the contents which primarily reflects that there is a cognizable offence, then she would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175(3) of the BNSS. The learned Magistrate would assess as also ascertain regarding the genuinity of the accusations, thereafter, pass necessary directions as he/she deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22318 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
