An accommodation has been sought for on behalf of the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

It appears that on earlier occasion also the matter stood adjourned at the instance of the petitioner.

From the documents of the contempt application, it appears that the Board of Councilors of Tamralipta Municipality passed a reasoned order on 24th February, 2025.

The petitioner appears to be aggrieved with the same.

It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the legality and validity of the order of the Municipality before the competent forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

There is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
