1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in July, 2023. Thereafter, charge has been framed and date has been fixed for recording evidence. Vulnerable witness is yet to be examined.

Under such circumstances, we do not find any ground to release the petitioner on bail at this stage.
