None appears for opposite party nos. 1 and 2. The revisional application is listed today for report and hearing. Due to long absence of the petitioner, administrative report was called for. Registrar Administration (L & OM) has submitted his report indicating that the petitioner Aditya Mukherjee had expired at Calcutta Medical Research Institute on 17.5.2021. A copy of death certificate has been annexed with the report. Let the same be taken on record. Mr. Aditya Tiwari and Ms. Namrata Chatterjee, learned advocates appear on behalf of the petitioner and submit that the petitioner has passed away on 17.5.2021.

This application was filed praying for quashing of proceeding in G.R. Case No. 735/2015 pending before learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar. Due to death of the petitioner, the revisional application has become infructuous and the same is disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
