Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there has been violation of the conditions of anticipatory bail as well as in respect of the order passed while considering the application for cancellation of bail in connection with Bishnupur PS Case No. 78/20.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report.

Report reflects that the respondents are staying outside the jurisdiction and the police authorities have kept a patrolling so far as the Beliara village is concerned.

So far as the violations of the conditions of bail are concerned, petitioner will approach the jurisdictional criminal court for necessary reliefs. So

far as the issue relating to the petitioner's insecurity is concerned, if any application is taken out before the jurisdictional Court in seisin of Bishnupur PS Case No.

78/20 is concerned, the learned jurisdictional Court in seisin of the said case will call for a threat perception report and pass necessary directions if it is satisfied regarding the reliefs warranted under the Witness Protection Scheme, 2018.

Since no affidavits have been called for from the private respondents, the accusations made against them are deemed not to have been admitted. With the aforesaid observations WPA 22177 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
